Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Iligan Aguinaldostore is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of sales associates. The role covers merchandising setup, customer service, and enforcing company SOPs to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient store environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in retail, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Amenable to work in Iligan Aguinaldo.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Provide guidance for efficient operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
