MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a competent Store Supervisor for its Ibajay, Aklan outlet. You will drive sales growth, set up gondola displays, and ensure daily operations are efficiently managed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and reporting to HQ as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.
• Supervisor/5 yrs & up experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
