Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the RTM Evangelista Makati store. You will lead daily retail operations, drive sales growth, and ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English. You will train and coach staff, schedule work, and maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & serving customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching & disciplining employees; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order for own use items & small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
