Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM CentralMall Cavite (CMCV) to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent store presentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. You will mentor staff, manage merchandising, and uphold standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Supervisor experience or 5+ years in sales/retail preferred.
• Willing to work at CentralMall Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching, and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
