Job summary

Puregold Oton is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include merchandising, recruiting and coaching staff, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and reporting to HQ. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English; amenable to work at Puregold Oton.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOPs and guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
