Job summary

Puregold Cubao is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive sales at Puregold Cubao. The role requires leadership, merchandising, and strong customer service to ensure smooth store performance.

The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain store standards, and coordinate with HQ for reports and staffing needs. This is a hands-on position in a busy retail environment, demanding reliability and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Puregold Cubao.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order own use items & small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
