Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure employees and customers are safe in a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.


• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.


• Working within established Guideline & SOP.


• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
