MR DIY Philippines, Mariposa Arcade (MPAR) store, is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of store associates. Strong leadership, merchandising, and customer service will deliver a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English; willingness to work at Mariposa Arcade.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
