Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Marcos Alvarez Arcade. You will lead store operations, drive sales growth, and supervise a team while ensuring excellent customer service and orderly merchandise presentation.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, strong leadership and organizational skills, and fluency in Filipino and English. On-site role with responsibilities spanning merchandising, banking, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws and regulations.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety with a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order usage items; manage small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within SOPs and established guidelines.
• Carry out other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
