Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales growth and monitor performance.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's compliance with legal requirements ensuring safety and reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Guide team on effective operations.
• Provide safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work according to SOP and established guidelines; perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
