Job summary

LEAF CORNER FOOD OPC is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, supervise staff, and implement company policies and procedures.

The role also involves assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets, maintaining display standards, coordinating shifts, training staff, handling cash and transactions, and generating sales and inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and display standards.
• Oversee cash handling, sales transactions, and proper documentation.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to store staff.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback.
• Assist in scheduling work shifts to ensure adequate staffing.
• Support training and development of store employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment.
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimise losses due to damages or theft.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities.
• Generate sales and inventory reports as required.
