• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent service by assisting customers in selecting products and answering their questions.
• Ensure that customers receive a pleasant shopping experience by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Address customer concerns, process returns, and handle complaints effectively.
• Operate cash registers, process payments (cash, credit, and other payment methods), and issue receipts.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing and transaction processing.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist with inventory control by stocking shelves, labeling items, and monitoring product levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in the replenishment of goods.
• Report stock discrepancies or low inventory to the supervisor.
• Store Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, aisles, and storage areas.
• Ensure that the store is properly stocked and products are displayed according to company guidelines.
• Product Knowledge:
• Learn about new products, promotions, and store policies to effectively inform customers.
• Provide detailed product information and suggest complementary items to increase sales.
• Teamwork and Support:
• Collaborate with other staff members to meet store targets and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Assist with the training of new staff and provide support during busy times.
• Qualifications:
