Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is hiring a retail associate in Cebu to welcome customers, answer product inquiries, and process purchases at the POS. You will assist with stock replenishment, shelf presentation, and daily store operations to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.

The role focuses on delivering friendly service, promoting promotions, and supporting cashiers as needed, while maintaining accurate inventory and assisting with opening and closing procedures to help the store run

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and available offers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
• Operate the POS system and assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
