Job summary

About the role

The Store Promoter / Staff member is the front-line ambassador for our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. This dual-focused role combines active product promotion with essential retail operations. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate key product features, drive sales, and maintain store standards to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet incoming shoppers warmly, initiate conversations, actively demonstrate products, and answer questions to drive sales and meet daily targets
• Highlight current promotions, special offers, and key product benefits to guide customers in their purchasing decisions
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions (cash, cards, digital payments), and issue receipts smoothly
• Assist with receiving inventory, unpacking stock, updating price tags, and maintaining visual merchandising standards on displays and shelves
• Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and display areas remain clean, organized, and properly formatted throughout the shift
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shrinkage/loss and assist with regular physical inventory counts
