Responsibilities

• Monitors departmental sales contribution and growth.
• Initiates cost effective programs for VMS, HABA, and Home department.
• Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment.
• Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: VMS, HABA and Home department.
• Ensures 100% compliance to Customer Service Standards by product specialists.
• Accurate processing of deliveries and RTV; store inventory accounted for.
• Maintain ideal shelf service level (SSL) and knowledge of fast/slow moving items.
• Ensure proper maintenance of products and housekeeping standards.
• Implement promotional activities in assigned department and ensure stock replenishment.
• Prepare Departmental Sales Report and Analysis for VMS, HABA and Home.
• Monitors weekly SSL and conducts Top 200 Price Survey.
• Monitors Near Expiry report; coordinates with Store Manager for moveouts.
• Conducts day-end POS functions.

Responsibilities

Sales and Profitability

• Monitors departmental sales contribution and growth
• Initiates cost effective programs for VMS, HABA, and Home department

Operations

• Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment
• Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: VMS, HABA and Home department.

Customer Service

• Ensures efficiency in handling customer related concerns.
• Ensures 100% compliance of product specialists to Customer Service Standards.
• Ensures excellent customer service is rendered by product specialists in the assigned department.

Receiving Procedure, Merchandising and Shrinkage Control

• Accuracy in processing of deliveries and rtv.
• Store inventory are all accounted for.
• Maintain ideal shelf service level (SSL)
• Knowledgeable in fast and slow moving items per department
• Ensure proper maintenance of products based on standards
• Ensures excellent housekeeping standards are observed in assigned departments.
• Ensures proper and timely replenishment of stocks.
• Ensures that all gondola and display modules are well maintained
• Ensures proper implementation of promotional activities in assigned department
• Ensures accuracy of all inventory counts of assigned department
• Ensures that security measures and control procedures are in place to avoid shrinkage and pilferages.

Housekeeping

• Enforces FEFO proper handling of products
• Monitoring of RTV Disposals

People Management

• Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment
• Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: VMS, HABA, GMS and Home needs
• Ensure 100% compliance to company policies and procedures and work requirements.
• Conducts performance evaluation of product specialists assigned in the department.
• Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline.

Reportorial Management

• Prepares Departmental Sales Report and Analysis VMS, HABA and Home
• Monitors weekly shelf service report (SSL)
• Conducts Top 200 Price Survey
• Monitors Near Expiry report
• Prepares 100 Days Report and coordinates with Store Manager and Merchandising for moveout plans
• Performs beginning and end of day POS functions.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian / Licensed Pharmacist
• Highly knowledgeable in nutrition and passionate about health and wellness.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, able to engage with customers of all levels.
