Job summary

About the Role

Responsible for planning, controlling and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of goals.
  • Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target.
  • Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX.
  • Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability.
  • Monitor merchandise movement.
  • Ensure availability of items at all times such as, “Basic never out items.”
  • Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity.
  • Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of any business course.
  • At least 5 years management experience in retail or related industries.
