Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for Levi’s Robinson's Iligan. The role covers end-to-end store operations, staff scheduling, and delivering strong customer service.

The candidate should have retail experience (preferably fashion), a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least 2 years in a related role. The position focuses on sales, operations, and team development in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Retail experience is a MUST preferably in fashion
• Area of assignment: Levi’s Robinson's Iligan

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selling function of the assigned floor area, including scheduling of personnel
• Monitor sales, maintain cleanliness and orderliness, and handle customer complaints
• Oversee proper window and merchandise display to maximize sales
• Lead people management, supervision, and training of store staff

Job description

• Responsible for the entire selling function of the assigned floor area which includes: scheduling of personnel, monitoring of sales, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, handling of customer complaints, proper window, and merchandise display, etc.

• Key Result Areas include Sales, Operations (Customer Service, Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising); People Management, Supervision, and Training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent

• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Retail experience is a MUST preferably in fashion

• Depending on the candidates' qualifications, the position will either be Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
