Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Trains, develops and motivates the sales force to achieve targets.
• Ensure training completion for all sales staff.
• Holds daily team huddle to align on daily deliverables.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and POS operations.
• Ensure promotions and tie-ups are implemented store-wide.
• Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines per brand.
• Ensure proper price tagging and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain high standard of customer service and store operations.
• Prepare end-of-day cashier reports and deposits.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing needs and timekeeping.
