About the role

Primary responsibility is to contribute to the achievement of Business Unit targets through the effective management of store operations. He is the one to ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and boost revenue by motivating, mentoring, and coaching store associates. He should also develop a mastery of all store-related metrics, analysis, and reports to help make forecasts to determine the need for improvements of the store.

What you'll be doing
  1. Meets sales goals by providing training, motivation, mentoring, and coaching to store associates
  2. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  3. Completes store administration and ensures compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  4. Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  5. Ensures that the store maintains a healthy Months-on-hand ratio through efficient inventory management
  6. Coordinates with and provides feedback to the Merchandising Department to continuously improve selection, allocation, procurement, and pricing of products
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor’s degree holder in business-related courses
  2. Knows general store management, customer service, and other necessary tasks.
  3. At least 2-5 years of experience and training in a retail setting, typically as a supervisor or manager.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead store personnel, help customers, and work with upper management
  5. Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
  6. Presentation skills and knowledge of best visual and marketing display practices
  7. Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams
