Core Responsibilities

1. HQ Alignment (New Priority)

• High-Speed Communication:Act as the primary contact for the Main Office. You must respond quickly to all HQ inquiries and directives.
• SOP Compliance:Strictly implement and maintain all Main Office Standards (SOPs) to ensure the brand vision is executed perfectly.
• Administrative Precision:Meet all deadlines for Purchase Orders (e.g., 4:00 PM cut-off), POS updates, and financial reporting.

2. Operational & Financial Leadership

• Financial Control:Take full charge of store cash, daily expenses, and the "Daily Express Fund. Ensure labor and food costs are controlled effectively.
• Marketing Execution:Drive sales by actively executing HQ marketing promotions and pushing for higher customer conversion.
• Quality Assurance:You are fully accountable for drink quality, store cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

3. Team Management (HR)

• Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and weekly scheduling.
• Ensure the team follows the Cashier Operations SOP, including correct receipt issuance and EOD reconciliation.
