Position: STORE MANAGER
Location: Butuan City, CARAGA Region, Philippines

Salary Range: 24,000-28,000

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Daily Duty:
- Completes opening and closing procedures according to set Standard Operating Policy. Immediately inform Area Manager for any cause for store hour disruption.
- Monitors cash register operations, ensure adequate amount of bills and coins, assist cashier on credit card verification, process refund and manage the queuing.
Staff Management:
- Conducts new team member orientation to guide new team members on store operational standards, customer service standards, cashiering and store environment including fixtures and equipment familiarization and usage.
- Preparation and review of Incident Reports (IR) and coordination of disciplinary actions with Area Manager and HRBPs.
- Regularly conducts monthly store meetings to discuss store KPIs, P&Ls and other inter-department concerns to team members.
Expense Management:
- Assigns appropriate task to staff and set proper working schedules to achieve maximum productivity and maintain required labor cost to sales ratio.
Stock Management:
- Ensures that store is always properly stocked and closely coordinate with Supply Chain and Merchandising for any additional stock requirements during sales and promotional periods and for any new products that customers are looking for.
Store Management:
- Ensures complete and timely execution of Promotional programs like Hot Deals and Gondola End set-ups and coordinate with Marketing and Space Planning any additional Point of Sale Materials (POSM) requirements and with Supply Chain for additional promo product allocations when needed.
Safety and Security Management:
- Conducts regular inspection of safe, cash register, staff lockers, CCTV, store keys and fire extinguishers according to company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations or multi-store management.
- Proven experience in leading teams and is experience in sales planning, budgeting, and business growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations (DOH, FDA) and retail compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
