The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in retail, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring sales growth, and maintaining a clean store environment. Fluency in Filipino and English is required. This role is critical for driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employees.
