A well-known retail chain is seeking a Store Supervisor for their location in Taytay, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring sales growth, and leading a team effectively. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Applicants must be fluent in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & serving customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching & disciplining employees.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report (sales, new staff hiring, assignment) to HQ & superior.
