A retail grocery chain is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to manage store operations and drive sales growth. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of retail experience, and demonstrated leadership skills. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, organizing merchandise displays, and recruiting and training staff. The role requires proficiency in both Filipino and English, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive environment.

Formación

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain store stability by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe & clean store environment.
