Qualifications

• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager.
