Job summary

MUJI Philippines Corporation seeks a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical upkeep of all MUJI stores, facilities, and equipment in metro area. You will establish maintenance protocols and ensure stores remain fully operational, safe, and well-kept.

You will inspect stores, coordinate with suppliers/contractors, enforce MPC Code of Conduct and core values, and support a productive, respectful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of all stores and its facilities and equipment.
• Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully operational and well kept.
• Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of all stores by regularly inspecting and monitoring.
• Ensure that all stores are safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times.
• Attend to all store concerns and provide assistance and provide recommendation in resolving issues.
• Coordinates with suppliers/contractors for the maintenance/repairs concerns of the store.
• Understands and adheres to the Core Values and Fundamentals of Muji Philippines Corporation (MPC).
• Understands and adheres to the MPC Code of Conduct.
• Understands the roles of the components of the MPC.
• Respect and observe staff regulations and rules at all times.
• Represents the MPC in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
• Develops and maintains a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues and line managers.
• Performs all duties efficiently, with respect and dignity, in the interest of the employees and the MUJI stakeholders.
• May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary.
