As a Store Crew, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure the store is well-organized and stocked, and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining the store’s operational standards and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with product selection, upselling, and promoting sales and store promotions.
• Stock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure items are well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, restrooms, and storage areas.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and process returns/exchanges.
• Follow store policies and procedures regarding inventory, pricing, and security.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, checking inventory levels, and replenishing stock as needed.
• Help maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive atmosphere.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
