Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Cashier for WMall to provide friendly customer service and accurate cashiering. You will manage payments, operate cash registers, and ensure correct pricing and receipts at the WMall location in Pasay.

The role requires basic math, POS experience, and dependable performance with minimal supervision, supporting a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree (on Business course or any 4 year course).
• Has background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in W Mall.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
