Job summary

Caravan Food Group Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Stockman to support daily store operations by managing inventory, stocking shelves, and assisting the sales team through timely stock replenishment and handling.

The role requires a high school graduate with 1–3 years of stockroom or warehouse experience, physical ability to lift/move items, and strong attention to detail; it is a full-time, on-site position in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented with accurate stock records.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping for inventory.
• Physically capable of lifting/moving boxes and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries and check quantities against documents.
• Store fragrance oils, essential oils, and packaging supplies safely.
• Keep stockroom/backroom clean and organized for easy access.
• Refill shelves and coordinate with Sales Associates to ensure availability.
• Track stock levels and inform supervisor of fast/slow/low stock.
• Perform routine stock counts and support audits in line with procedures.
• Prepare items for transfer to other branches per company procedures.
• Assist in labeling, packaging, and refilling fragrances and bottles.
• Move inventory carefully, handling fragile items like glass bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness in receiving, storage, and backroom areas.
• Support sales team during busy periods with basic store upkeep.
• Follow safety and security protocols for liquids and fragile materials.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
