SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Station Head to oversee daily operations at a SEAOIL gas station. You will supervise staff, manage cash and inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards to maintain service quality and efficiency.

The role requires willingness to work weekends and be assigned in Baao, Camarines Sur. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided to develop leadership and operational skills for station performance.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Willing to work at a SEAOIL gas station.
• Willing to work on weekends (half day Saturday).
• Willing to be assigned in Baao, Camarines Sur.

Responsabilités

• Ensure station operates according to company standards.
• Supervise station personnel and training.
• Manage cash and inventory and ensure accurate transactions.
• Monitor and improve station performance ratings.
