Job summary

TE Connectivity is offering a Manufacturing Technician role in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines. The technician will support stamping production, perform die assembly/maintenance, operate grinding machines, read drawings, and participate in safety and quality programs.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of stamping experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to interpret technical drawings while ensuring quality and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Stamping Technician
• Skilled in operating surface grinding machines
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to interpret technical drawings
• Knowledgeable in quality inspection procedures

Responsibilities

• Performs die assembly, disassembly, adjustment, repair, and maintenance
• Operates surface grinding machines and conducts tooling inspections and quality control
• Reads die/product drawings and understands quality requirements
• Suggests and leads improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce errors
• Supports RCA/CA activities by providing accurate information and performing confirmation tasks
• Ensures documentation accuracy and compliance with approved standards and quality programs
• Implements safety procedures, uses PPE, handles chemicals per SDS, and reports safety incidents
• Manages waste disposal and complies with ESH training requirements
• Participates in internal audits and supports corrective/preventive actions
• Maintains organized storage and proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment
• Follows company rules, policies, and confidentiality standards consistently
