Job summary

Kennemer Foods International, Inc. is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Associate to support day-to-day field coordination for the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, acting as the link between the project team, LGUs, IPS, Indigenous Peoples Organizations, and other partners.

Responsibilities include facilitating consultations, maintaining stakeholder records, following up on commitments, and ensuring concerns are documented and communicated to the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in community development or related fields.
• 2+ years experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning in development projects or non-profits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset with diverse environments.
• Knowledge of climate issues and sustainable development goals.
• Formal training in community development or stakeholder engagement is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with LGUs, IPS/tribal leaders, and project partners.
• Coordinate schedules, requirements, approvals, and field activities.
• Follow up on agreements, permits, and documentary requirements.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
• Identify concerns and elevate significant issues to supervisors.
• Assist field teams during visits, consultations, site validation, and community activities.
• Coordinate with community leaders and stakeholders before and during field activities.
• Facilitate community consultations, meetings, and focus group discussions.
• Ensure engagements are culturally appropriate, inclusive, and responsive.
