Job Description

• Assess, monitor, and record patients’ medical conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to physician orders.
• Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support or advanced life support when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards are maintained.
