Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to lead Flutter-based mobile development and mentor a growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have deep Flutter experience with Dart and strong native development skills in Swift or Kotlin, shaping scalable architectures and modernizing the mobile stack.

You will own deployment processes, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality apps for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• 3+ years with Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin (both is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Architect scalable mobile solutions with platform-specific enhancements in Swift or Kotlin.
• Own app store access, deployment accounts, certificates, and code signing across markets.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
• Drive modernization of the mobile tech stack and improve CI/CD pipelines.
