Axos Bank is seeking an experienced UX designer to partner with product, development, and UX teams to deliver data-driven solutions for complex business problems. You will drive design standards, deliver pixel-perfect specifications, and lead cross-org reviews with storytelling to influence outcomes.
The role requires 5+ years in design, a strong online portfolio, and expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
In this role, you’ll deliver solutions for complex business and technical problems where the product
strategy and focus is not always defined. You will partner with product, development, and UX teams
to identify and prioritize customer outcomes. You will drive design excellence by unifying and
improving design patterns, standards and methods while contributing to the adoption of enterprise
design standards. You will be expected to lead and present in cross-org reviews using your
storytelling superpowers to influence and keep the team focused. Your attention to detail at the pixel
level will only be matched by your focus on making sure your designs are feasible and data driven.
