Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver courses on CGM products and related solutions. The role focuses on creating engaging curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and conducting both classroom and lab sessions for customers and employees.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, reflect current product features in training content, and coordinate with senior colleagues to drive upskill and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to solve problems logically and creatively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and reliable attendance is essential.
• Experience as a trainer or educator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products.
• Develops course content, working with stakeholders to reflect current product features.
• Prepares lesson plans from documentation and requirements.
• Instructs participants in classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
• Follows up to determine applicability of course material.
• Plans schedules and arranges activities to accomplish objectives.

Where You Come In

• Conducts training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products.
• Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
• Prepares lesson plans from documentation and requirements.
• Works with functional organizations to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
• Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
• Follows up to determine applicability of course material.
• Assists in figuring out objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Networks with senior internal and external colleagues in own area of expertise.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace

Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
