Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large buildings, industrial systems, and equipment in Abuyog and Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting energy management across facility operations. You will work within Engineering and Technical Services, follow standardized procedures, assign work orders, and model CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
