Job summary

RLC Residences in Metro Manila is seeking a senior multimedia artist to design and produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics and animations for marketing campaigns. You will edit raw footage, ensure high production quality, and collaborate with multiple departments to align with brand guidelines.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator is required, with pre- and post-production experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia, advertising arts, communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; real estate experience is a plus.
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics; strong AV production skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience in pre- and post-production processes.
• Ability to operate professional cameras and AV equipment.

• Design and produce multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished, professional promotional materials and graphics.
• Collaborate with different departments to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Multimedia Studies, Advertising Arts, Communication, or any course relevant to the field
• With at least 3 years experience in a similar role (within the real estate industry is a definite advantage)
• Must be proficient in video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
• Must have experience in pre- and post-production
• Ability to handle and utilize professional cameras and other audio-visual equipment
