Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Manager, IT Apps to lead SAP Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, and related SAP processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will partner with business stakeholders to design, implement, support, and optimize SAP solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor a team of SAP analysts.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP MM/PP expertise with knowledge of SAP SD and Finance.
• Experience integrating SAP with external applications and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and support SAP processes across manufacturing operations.
• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, training, and change management activities.

UCT is looking for a talented Sr. Manager, IT Apps to join us in Cebu, Philippines!

Lead SAP Procure to Pay and Plan-to-Manufacture solutions by partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, support, and optimize SAP processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and support SAP processes across manufacturing operations.
• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, training, and change management activities.
• Work with business and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Manage small to medium projects and support roadmap planning.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong SAP MM/PP expertise, with working knowledge of SAP SD and Finance.
• Experience integrating SAP with external applications and manufacturing systems.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute testing.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across organizational boundaries.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Operations, or related field.
• SAP certifications preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 15+ years supporting enterprise business systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM/PP experience.
• Multiple SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and project teams.
