Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the HR Leader and the HR leadership team. This individual will act as chief of staff, project manager, and HR business partner, helping drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across global HR teams in APAC and Americas.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, proven project management skills, and the ability to influence geographies and stakeholders. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership to enable the success of our global HR team and our 25,000 employees across Asia and North America.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Chief of Staff Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the HR Leader, providing insights, recommendations, and execution support on business and people priorities.

  • Drive alignment and collaboration across HR teams in India, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and the US.

  • Prepare leadership communications, presentations, and updates for executive stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and facilitate HR leadership team meetings, agendas, and strategic planning sessions.

Project & Program Management
  • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives spanning HR operations, talent management, compensation, and HR services.

  • Establish project management discipline for key HR initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, governance, and success metrics.

  • Ensure effective execution of global HR programs and initiatives across multiple geographies.

  • Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Operations) to operationalize global initiatives at the local level.

HR Business Partnering
  • Act as an HR business partner for the US-based small business unit, supporting leaders in organizational design, talent planning, and associate engagement.

  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders while partnering closely with COEs for subject matter expertise.

  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Talent Management
  • Bring strong understanding of HR operations to streamline processes and ensure consistency across geographies.

  • Monitor and enhance the delivery of HR services provided by the 50-member HR services team.

  • Partner with Talent Management teams to ensure robust performance management, career development, and succession planning processes are in place.

  • Use data, analytics, and insights to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, HR, or related field) preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–12+ years of Managerial and HR Leadership experience across HR functions

  • Demonstrated experience in project/program management within HR.

  • Prior experience in a chief of staff or HR strategy/operations role strongly preferred.

  • Global or multi-country HR leadership experience a plus.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
