Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using Azure, Blazor, and .NET technologies. You will tackle front-end and back-end tasks, Windows app integration, and Bluetooth connectivity.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-performance, secure applications while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end development.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a fullstack developer with a focus on Blazor and .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web and Windows applications using Blazor, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Azure services and related technologies.
• Lead the architecture and design of new applications and features.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Blazor components for both web and Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Integrate Bluetooth device functionalities into windows application, ensuring seamless connectivity and user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Position Description:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure services, Blazor framework, front-end technologies, and Bluetooth device integration. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and product managers to create high-performance, user-friendly, and scalable applications. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Core Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end development.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a fullstack developer with a focus on Blazor and .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure IoT Hub).
• Experience with Blazor (both Blazor WebAssembly and Blazor Server).
• Hands-on experience with XAML for Windows application development and Razor for web application development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) is a plus.
• Experience with developing Windows applications using .NET technologies.
• Experience in Bluetooth device development and integration using windows platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design tools and principles.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
