Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a frontend developer to build, test, and maintain the FunaloMAX platform in Manila. You will implement UI components, translate designs into working code, and work closely with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.

You will troubleshoot production issues, review code for quality and security, and help maintain documentation and release readiness. Collaboration with product, QA, and design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in frontend software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React; familiarity with Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication flows, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with frontend state management, form handling, validation, routing, error handling, and reusable component development.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD processes, build tools, package management, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Ability to work with existing systems, understand inherited frontend code, and improve maintainability without disruption.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain frontend web applications, pages, and components for theFunaloMAX platform.
• Support frontend enhancements, UI updates, feature improvements, issue fixes, systemmaintenance, and business-requested changes.
• Translate business requirements, product specifications, and UI/UX designs into functionaland maintainable frontend implementation.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, handle frontend data flows, manageerror states, and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
• Troubleshoot frontend production issues, analyze root causes, implement fixes, and supporttimely incident resolution.
• Review and improve existing frontend code, UI behavior, page structure, reusablecomponents, and integration flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, business users, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, backendengineers, DevOps, security, compliance teams, and external vendors when required.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure frontend implementation follows engineeringstandards, UI consistency, security requirements, and platform best practices.
• Prepare and maintain frontend technical documentation, UI behavior notes, integration notes,troubleshooting guides, and support handover materials.
• Support release activities, deployment validation, production verification, and post-releasemonitoring.

• Experience with design systems, shared component libraries, UI consistency, and frontendarchitecture.
• Understanding of secure frontend development practices, session handling, data privacy,access control, and compliance-driven environments.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, external platforms, or integrated digital products.
• Experience owning frontend architecture decisions (e.g. state management strategy, API/datalayer patterns, component library structure) rather than only implementing individual tickets.
