Job summary

Vibehackers in the Philippines is seeking a senior engineer to design and productionize agentic multi-agent AI systems that automate e-commerce merchandising, QA, content, and marketing. You will focus on agent orchestration, observability, and integrating LLM-driven agents with commerce stacks and production deployments.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python/Node.js, experience with LLM APIs, and a track record of building agentic projects.

Role

You will harden and extend a live proof-of-concept for multi-agent development pipelines that pick up tasks, write and review code, spin up preview deployments, capture results, and hand back to humans for approval. You will build agents that plug into commerce stacks (Magento, Shopify, Node.js services) to automate merchandising, QA, content, and ops, plus AI-driven marketing automation across paid, SEO, and lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent pipelines and orchestration for agent workflows (queues, workers, retries, evals, monitoring).
• Integrate agents with commerce platforms and backend services to automate merchandising, QA, content, and operations.
• Build reliable production deployments and CI/CD for agent-driven features and preview environments.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation tooling for agent performance and behavior.
• Ship, measure, and iterate rapidly on agent behavior and system reliability.

Requirements

• Strong, current coding ability in Python and/or Node.js / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and agent orchestration frameworks or custom solutions (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or hand-rolled).
• At least one demonstrable agentic/LLM project (link required).
• Familiarity with integration glue: APIs, webhooks, queues, vector databases, and authentication systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel periodically to the Ahmedabad office (flights and stay covered).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Hydrogen).
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, evals, and agent/prompt observability.
• Full-stack or front-end experience for internal tooling.
• Open-source contributions, hackathon experience, or a public demo/GitHub presence.
