Job summary

onsemi in Metro Manila is seeking a Fixed Assets Accountant to handle asset reporting, depreciation tests, and FA roll forward. You will maintain subsidiary ledgers, reconcile to the general ledger, and work with corporate controllers and project owners to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 2 years in accounting, proficiency with Windows and Oracle, strong communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset to improve business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
• Proficient in Windows applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Report all fixed assets and related transactions accurately.
• Prepare monthly account analysis for fixed assets related accounts, Depreciation Test of Reasonableness and FA roll forward.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledger with general ledger.
• Coordinate with Corporate controllers and project owners.
• Identify Oracle system issues and coordinate with superiors for resolution.
• Identify areas for improvement in the business cycle for fixed assets and provide recommendations for management’s consideration.
• Responsible for intercompany asset transactions and reports.
