Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in the Philippines seeks a hands-on leader to design, develop and deploy Data Science, ML and Generative AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and convert them into Data Science, Machine Learning or Generative AI solutions.
• Perform hands-on development of ML and AI solutions.
• Build and evaluate classification, regression, recommendation and other predictive models.
• Develop LLM-based applications using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Design and implement agent-based applications using suitable agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop or integrate MCP servers and MCP-based tools.
• Design and deploy AI solutions using relevant Azure data and AI services.
• Guide the team in data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation and solution development.
• Work with business, data, cloud, security and application teams to deliver solutions through development, UAT and production.
• Monitor deployed models and AI applications for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote reusable components and development standards.

Job description

Lead the design, development and implementation of Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The role will require hands-on development, practical knowledge of Azure AI services, and the ability to build LLM and agent-based applications using agentic frameworks.
