Recruitify_HR invites you to join our Manila team as a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Agent. You will handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, translate concerns, and assist with banking or service issues with empathy and efficiency.

We require a high school graduate with at least 2 years of Spanish bilingual experience, fluent in Spanish and English, and willingness to work rotating shifts.
