Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in the Philippines is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver massage and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious, hygienic experience. You will consult with guests, tailor treatments to their needs, and prepare treatment rooms with care.

We value beside service, hygiene, and a polished appearance; shifts include weekends and holidays; previous spa or massage therapy certification is preferred; you will join a hotel team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or formal training in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy.
• Relevant spa or massage therapy certification/license, where required.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is advantageous.
• Knowledge of facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform various spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Relevant spa or massage therapy certification/license, where required
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team
