Job summary

JAV Resource Corporation is seeking a Customer Support professional to be the main contact for Australian customers, installers, and client teams. You will assist via phone, email, or live chat, handling inquiries and coordinating with field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

In this role, you will manage data entry, maintain CRM records, and support back-office operations. A neutral English communication style and reliability are essential, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Back Office, or Data Entry in a BPO setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Monday.com, Bridge Select, Pylon, Trello or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization skills, accuracy in administrative tasks, and reliable problem-solving ability.
• Experience handling Australian accounts is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of renewable energy or solar systems is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for Australian customers, installers, and client teams via phone, email, or live chat
• Handle customer inquiries regarding solar installation status, product warranties, billing, and general system updates
• Process back-office administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling installers and technician appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM system
• Coordinate with on-ground teams in Australia to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery
