Job description

Join the team to identify and prevent production issues early, ensuring high-quality software development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Identify, mitigate, and prevent potential production issues early in development.
• Learn and comprehend product features to develop a clear understanding of product testing requirements.
• Perform various regression testing processes, including feature QC, platform QC, bulk test, completeness test, interruption test, resource usage test, network connection test, and translation testing.
• Collaborate with leads and team members to determine testing priorities, estimate efforts, and track/report progress.
• Write regression test plans, test cases, and usage scenarios for testing and documentation.
• Prepare the test environment and test data.
• Assist in implementing testing improvement initiatives, such as automated testing.
• Consolidate test results into clear and concise reports.
• Create and track tickets for issues related to functionality, usability, performance, reliability, and stability.
• Work closely with test designers to report and verify functional issues discovered during testing.
