Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer with strong finance systems experience to join a collaborative, innovation-driven team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on automating processes, cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, and close collaboration with agile teams to deliver reliable production systems. You will work with Power Platform, ERP integrations, and modern data tools while supporting GL/AR/AP processes and financial reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, or similar).
• Finance/Accounting knowledge including general ledger and reporting systems.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Workday.
• Experience with APIs, ERP integrations and related systems.
• Familiarity with onboarding and monitoring tools for infrastructure.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server in back-end contexts.
• Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance systems and third-party hosted environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports agile teams to mature automated processes, including CI/CD, deployments and monitoring.
• Maintains standards, configurations, and scripts for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Provides test environments to development teams to enable rapid iteration.
• Participates in infrastructure as code and configuration changes across platforms.
• Reviews logs and supports security processes to keep pipelines healthy.
• Assists in disaster recovery planning and testing for system recoverability.
• Collaborates with IT to document engineering standards and templates.
